Data Analyst

Hitech Construction Company Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and improve operational efficiency through accurate reporting, data management, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities • Collect, clean, analyse, and interpret data to generate actionable insights. • Develop automated Excel dashboards and tracking systems using advanced formulas, conditional formatting, and data validation. • Classify outages, monitor restoration progress, and prepare operational and escalation reports. • Manage financial records and operational documentation. • Track KPIs, identify performance trends, and maintain data accuracy and confidentiality. • Provide timely data analysis to support management decisions.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, dashboards, and data validation. • Experience with financial records and operational reporting. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills. • Excellent attention to detail.
