Medical & Clinical Lead
Lead the clinical strategy and operations for Lihaxa, a tech-driven healthcare company. Work closely with the founding team to build systems, ensure high-quality care, and integrate digital health solutions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical strategy, governance, and oversight
- Ensure doctor availability, quality, and care standards
- Manage clinical operations and patient experience
- Build clinical systems required for scaling
- Collaborate on digital health, AI-enabled healthcare, and telemedicine initiatives
Requirements
- Active MDCN licence
- Preferably 5+ years of medical experience
- Strong clinical and leadership capabilities
- Interest or experience in Digital Health, AI in Healthcare or Telemedicine
- Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills
- High ownership, initiative, and entrepreneurial mindset
