Graduate Trainee

Oscar Temple is hiring ambitious Graduate Trainees for a client- and candidate-facing role in B2B sales, recruitment, and talent advisory. This early entry career opportunity offers structured training, performance-based progression, and uncapped commission potential.

Responsibilities • Research target clients and build a strong pipeline through digital research, networking, and referrals. • Engage business owners, senior executives, HR leaders, and hiring managers to understand their needs and present suitable talent solutions. • Present services, handle objections, and move prospects towards closing deals. • Source and manage qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and support offer discussions. • Build long-term client relationships, follow up consistently, maintain accurate records, and achieve sales, recruitment, and revenue targets.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or a related field. • Completed NYSC and at least one year of post-NYSC experience in sales, business development, marketing, recruitment, customer service, contact centre work, or another client-facing role. • Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and follow-up skills. • Interest in B2B sales, recruitment, or consulting. • Must reside within commuting distance of Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. • Ambitious, persuasive, target-focused, resilient, and comfortable using digital platforms for prospecting and research.

Salary ₦200,000 gross per month + uncapped commission (potential earnings of ₦500,000 to over ₦1 million monthly)
