PET Field Collection Officer

The PET Field Collection Officer is responsible for scouting areas for viable PET sources, onboarding new pickers, and managing relationships with collectors. They also coordinate pickups, inspect PET bottles, and maintain accurate records to meet company standards.

Responsibilities

• Scout assigned areas for viable PET sources and onboard new pickers/collectors to expand the collection network.
• Build and manage productive relationships with collectors while monitoring their compliance with procedures and quality standards.
• Coordinate timely pickup and movement of materials when necessary.
• Inspect PET bottles to ensure they meet company specifications for type and quality.
• Maintain accurate records of collectors, collection points, volumes, and pickups.
• Proactively drive initiatives to increase volumes, address operational challenges, and achieve assigned targets.
