GTM Systems Specialist

Tines is seeking a GTM Systems Specialist to own the configuration and administration of their quote-to-cash platform in DealHub and Salesforce. This role involves designing and maintaining the systems that support sales, finance, and legal operations, while ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own DealHub build-out, configuration, and day-to-day admin.
• Be the accountable owner of the platform: product catalog and SKU architecture, pricing and discounting rules, playbooks and quote flows, approval workflows, document and template management, and the Salesforce integration.
• Contribute to the platform roadmap and translate business needs into sequenced buildout plans.
• Support implementation partners and manage third-party services work.
• Define standards and governance for system changes, testing, documentation, and data quality.
• Maintain Salesforce configuration and adjacent GTM tools.
• Run requirements discovery with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal, and turn ambiguous problems into specs.
• Create documentation and mentor junior analysts as the team grows.

Requirements

• 3+ years in GTM systems, business systems analysis, revenue systems, or sales operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on DealHub administration experience.
• Strong Salesforce administration fluency.
• Extensive knowledge of quote-to-cash processes.
• Demonstrated solution design capability.
• Experience managing external implementation partners.
• Confidence advising and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Salary $126k-150k OTE + equity
