Finance Analyst
A Finance Analyst is needed to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting within the organization. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare regular reports.
- Support financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax and IFRS regulations.
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years’ relevant experience in microfinance, banking, fintech/lending, audit, or management consulting.
- Partly qualified ICAN or ACCA (at least Skills Level).
- Working knowledge of Nigerian tax and IFRS.
- Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or Sage.
