Content Creator & Social Media Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator & Social Media Executive to elevate our digital presence as a fast-growing real estate firm. In this role, you will serve as the visual storyteller for our brand, turning luxury properties, land listings, and neighborhood insights into compelling content that drives inquiries and builds trust. Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality photo, video, and written content showcasing properties and real estate offerings across social media platforms.
• Manage daily posting schedules, engagement, and community interaction on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Write engaging scripts and captions that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Film and edit short-form videos using mobile tools like CapCut and InShot.
• Design visually appealing graphics and promotional assets using Canva.
• Appear on camera to present property tours, market updates, or brand messages when required. Requirements:
• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in content creation and social media management.
• Demonstrated proficiency with smartphone videography, wireless microphones, and stabilizers.
• Strong portfolio or active social media accounts showing past work.
• Must reside within the Lekki/Island axis of Lagos.
• Female candidates preferred.
