Payroll Officer

We are hiring a Payroll Officer to manage monthly payroll processing in our manufacturing facility. The role requires accuracy in calculating salaries, statutory deductions, and maintaining confidential records.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll, calculate salaries and deductions
• Manage PAYE, pension, NHF, NSITF, and ITF contributions
• Reconcile payroll records and prepare management reports

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, HR or related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ payroll experience
• Manufacturing experience is required
• Knowledge of Nigerian payroll processes and statutory deductions
• Strong Excel, numerical, and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and confidentiality

Salary ₦200,000–₦350,000 per month based on experience
