Treasury Manager

Velocity is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to lead liquidity management, foreign exchange risk mitigation, and cross-border payment operations across multiple markets. This role requires strategic oversight of cash flows, banking relationships, and compliance with CBN, AML, and KYC regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage foreign exchange exposure and multi-currency cash flows
• Oversee cross-border fund transfers and treasury automation
• Maintain relationships with banks and payment service providers (PSPs)
• Implement hedging strategies and optimize capital allocation
• Ensure compliance with CBN, AML, and KYC regulatory frameworks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in treasury, FP&A, strategic finance, or investment management
• Proven expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, FX markets, IMTO, and ERP/TMS platforms
