SOW Real Estate Limited is seeking a top-tier Luxury Real Estate Investment Adviser based in Abuja to join their elite sales team. The role involves sourcing, advising, and converting high-net-worth individuals and corporate investors into property owners.

Responsibilities

• High-Yield Lead Conversion: Proactively engage, nurture, and convert potential leads into purchasing clients.
• Portfolio Presentation: Conduct tailored, high-value presentations and physical site inspections for luxury real estate products.
• Client Advisory: Advise high-net-worth prospects on market trends, capital appreciation, rental yields, and wealth preservation through strategic land and property acquisition.
• Deal Structuring & Closing: Diagnose client hesitations, resolve complex financial or trust objections, and navigate transactions through to final deposit and contract signing.
• Target Execution: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of verified experience in luxury real estate sales or high-end luxury product sales.
• Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets and closing high-ticket deals.
• Must currently reside in Abuja, Nigeria.
• Extremely presentable, highly impressionable, articulate, and intrinsically self-motivated with an assertive 'go-getter' mindset.
• Advanced negotiation, pipeline management, client relationship management, and deep knowledge of the local Abuja real estate market landscape.
