Role Overview

TENN Microfinance Bank Limited is seeking a Collection Officer to conduct desk-based collection activities, manage assigned customer accounts, and achieve collection targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct collection activities via phone calls (desk collection) to customers.
• Handle accounts based on the assigned bucket.
• Achieve assigned collection targets.
• Monitor, record, and regularly report collection results.

Requirements

• SSCE, BSc, Diploma, or HND certification.
• 0–2 years of experience.

Salary ₦120,000 – ₦220,000 monthly
