TENN Microfinance Bank Limited is hiring a Collection Officer to handle collection activities via phone calls and manage assigned accounts. The role involves achieving collection targets and regularly reporting results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct collection activities via phone calls through desk-based collection.
• Handle accounts based on the assigned bucket.
• Achieve assigned collection targets.
• Monitor, record, and regularly report collection results.

Requirements

• SSCE, BSc, Diploma, or HND.
• 0–2 years of experience.

Salary ₦120,000–₦220,000 Monthly
