HR Operations & Vendor Management Officer

The HR Operations & Vendor Management Officer is responsible for managing relationships with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery. This role also involves coordinating HR operations, validating payroll data, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate HR operations and administrative processes relating to outsourced employees.
• Validate payroll data, timesheets, employee records, and payroll documentation.
• Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Maintain accurate employee databases and outsourcing documentation.
• Utilize advanced Excel tools to prepare reports and generate insights.
• Track workforce movements such as headcount, deployments, and exits.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll and employee records.
• Prepare HR operations and vendor performance reports.
• Coordinate resolution of operational issues within timelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Outsourcing, or Vendor Management.
• Proven experience managing large employee populations.
• Practical experience in payroll validation, employee data management, and compliance monitoring.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting, and data analysis).
• Experience coordinating vendors and engaging multiple stakeholders.
