Telesales Executive

We are hiring a Telesales Executive to join Checkoff Finance in Ikeja, Lagos. This role involves driving sales performance through effective customer engagement, lead conversion, and product upselling in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective lead conversion, follow-up, and customer engagement.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant loan products to existing and prospective customers.
• Handle customer objections effectively and leverage appropriate sales techniques to convert opportunities into successful outcomes.
• Engage customers in a professional, friendly, and persuasive manner to build trust, understand their needs, and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Effectively manage and follow up on leads to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information using the CRM system.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while ensuring timely follow-ups and customer retention.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to improve the customer onboarding experience and support the achievement of business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of an HND in a relevant discipline.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• A minimum of 2 years' proven sales experience within the financial services industry.
• Experience working in a Finance Company, Bank, or FinTech is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Comfortable using technology and willing to learn and work with CRM tools.
• Highly self-driven, resilient, target-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.

Salary ₦150,000 – ₦180,000 net monthly, plus commission of up to ₦300,000.
