Head, Finance & Investments

VivaFemini Limited, a FemTech company advancing women's healthcare across Africa, is seeking a strategic Head, Finance & Investments to lead financial planning, fundraising, investments, and financial governance. This role requires a seasoned finance leader with expertise in capital management, investment transactions, and executive-level advisory.

Responsibilities • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. • Secure funding through debt, equity, grants, and development finance. • Manage treasury, cash flow, capital allocation, and investment deployment. • Evaluate investment, expansion, and partnership opportunities. • Strengthen financial controls, risk management, and governance. • Lead the Finance team and advise executive leadership on financial decisions.

Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, Investment Management, or a related field. • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, including 3 years in a senior finance or investment leadership role. • Proven track record in fundraising, financial modelling, capital management, and investment transactions. • Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and commercial skills. • ACA, ACCA, CFA, MBA, or relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
