About the role
Seismic Group LLC | Full-Time | Fully Remote
Compensation: $10–$13/hour base, depending on experience, plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.
We are seeking motivated, articulate and results-driven professionals to join our international team. You'll engage prospective clients, understand their needs, manage correspondence, conduct outbound calls, recommend suitable offerings and maintain CRM records.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong written and spoken English
• Digital literacy and virtual workspace skills
• Self-discipline, resilience and a target-oriented mindset
• Confidence with outbound calls and client consultations
• Reliable home office
• Availability during US Central Time business hours, with occasional weekend flexibility
Sales or client relations experience is an advantage, not compulsory. We value work ethic, coachability and willingness to learn.
