English Teacher (Grammar & Phonics)

Resurgir Consulting is seeking an experienced English teacher to deliver engaging lessons in Grammar, Phonics, Reading, Comprehension, Vocabulary, Spelling, Writing, and Oral English. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to support students in developing their English language and literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English Language lessons.
• Teach Grammar, Phonics, Reading, Writing, Comprehension, Vocabulary, Oral English, and other relevant topics.
• Assess pupils’ progress and provide appropriate support.
• Maintain effective classroom management.
• Support pupils in developing confidence in speaking, reading, and writing.

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc. in English, English Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience, preferably in a primary school.
• Strong knowledge of Grammar and Phonics.
• Ability to teach other areas of the English Language effectively.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Good classroom management and communication skills.
• Creative, patient, organised, and passionate about teaching children.
• Ability to use engaging and child-friendly teaching methods.
