Senior Instructional Designer, Learning Operations

Chime Financial is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to join their Operations and Member Experience Learning & Development team. This role involves designing engaging learning experiences for agents across BPOs using various modalities such as eLearning, instructor-led training, and micro-learning.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a learning consultant to the Disputes Experience line of business.
• Collaborate with team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to identify training needs.
• Analyze the effectiveness of learning programs and suggest improvements.
• Apply adult learning principles to create interactive learning solutions.
• Own the end-to-end design and development of learning content.
• Stay updated with trends in instructional design and learning technologies.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience designing and developing multi-modality learning solutions.
• Experience analyzing source material and creating design documents.
• Experience leveraging AI tools in daily workflow.
• Experience working in agile and waterfall (ADDIE) design environments.
• Strong communication and relationship skills.
• Strong data analysis skills with experience designing evaluation strategies.
• Demonstrated experience with learning authoring tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia, etc.
• Ability to create and manage clear project plans.

Salary: $116,000 – $160,000 USD annually
