Herconomy is seeking a Customer Support Intern to join their team and provide an excellent experience for customers. The intern will respond to customer inquiries, assist with product and service-related questions, and resolve complaints while maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries across support channels.
• Assisting customers with product and service-related questions.
• Resolving customer complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Following up with customers to ensure their issues are properly resolved.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
• Supporting the Customer Support team with daily activities and reports.
• Contributing to a positive and helpful customer experience.

Requirements

• A recent graduate or someone currently completing NYSC.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary ₦150,000 monthly
