Marketing Associate

Stackron Academy is looking for a Marketing Associate to help us stay visible and trusted among people planning a career move into tech. You will create and publish content, support campaigns for each cohort, and work closely with sales to turn attention into registrations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram and other channels on a consistent calendar.
• Write copy for ads, emails, WhatsApp broadcasts, landing pages, blog posts, and ads campaign (meta and google)
• Support campaigns for each flagship cycle, AI CERTs cohort, webinar.
• Track performance (reach, leads, cost per lead and registrations) and report weekly.
• Work with the sales team to follow up leads and improve messaging.
• Monitor competitors and trends in tech education.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation or social media management.
• Strong writing skills and an eye for clear, engaging messaging.
• Working knowledge of social platforms and basic analytics.
• Ability to manage deadlines independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet and a laptop.
