Marketing and Brand Lead

Kayhelt is seeking a Marketing and Brand Lead to build the strategy, own the execution, and drive growth across priority brands. The role involves developing campaigns, creating sales tools, and coordinating with the field sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop campaigns and launch plans for priority brands.
• Create sales tools that help representatives persuade and convert customers.
• Turn market and competitor insights into practical growth opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing activities with the field sales team.
• Track campaign performance, leads, orders, and repeat purchases.

Requirements

• Relevant degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
• Strong communication and planning skills.
• Evidence of campaigns delivered.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer goods is preferred.
