Minder / Caregiver

Job Overview

The Minder/Caregiver will provide care, supervision, and basic learning support to younger children in the school.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for children during school hours.
• Assist with feeding, toileting, and personal hygiene where necessary.
• Support teachers in maintaining order and engaging children in activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under care.
• Organize play and learning activities suitable for young children.
• Report any concerns regarding a child’s health or behavior to the appropriate authority.

Requirements

• SSCE, NCE, or relevant childcare certification.
• 2+ years experience in childcare, creche, or early years education.
• Patience, warmth, and a caring nature.
• Good observation and communication skills.
