Lead Digital Marketing Manager

Amwell is seeking a Lead Digital Marketing Manager to own the performance, compliance, and discoverability of its marketing web estate across four key properties. This role will define and sequence website development work, coordinate with design teams, and ensure the web estate aligns with the company's digital care ambitions.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance, conversion, and delivery of four web properties: SilverCloud, business.amwell.com, patients.amwell.com, and LiveHealthOnline.
• Ensure web compliance and governance, including cookie consent and tracking.
• Improve GEO and AI-answer discoverability, alongside conventional search performance.
• Define and sequence website build and development work delivered by Engineering.
• Coordinate with Design team on visual execution for the estate.
• Develop and maintain the web roadmap and its business case.

Requirements

• 7+ years in web, digital marketing, or growth, with direct ownership of a web estate.
• Track record of improving conversion measures on owned properties.
• Technical SEO depth and engagement with GEO and AI-answer discoverability.
• Experience directing engineering delivery without owning the resource.
• Web compliance and tracking governance experience, including consent management.
• Analytics fluency to interpret web performance data.
• Ability to manage a roadmap across competing stakeholder demands.

Salary The typical base salary range for this position is $121,950 - $149,050 annually. The actual salary offer will depend on multiple factors.
