Whassan Nigeria Limited is a Nigerian company with over 40 years of experience in industrial catering services, facility maintenance, and manpower supply across offshore, onshore, and remote locations. We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the role of Supply Chain Officer.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure foodstuffs (dry, fresh, frozen), kitchen consumables, cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
• Identify, evaluate and maintain approved vendor list.
• Obtain competitive quotations and negotiate best prices, quality and payment terms.
• Raise and follow up on Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).

Requirements

• 5-10 years of industrial catering experience
• Previous experience in a similar industry
• Understanding of menu planning and recipe interpretation
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Knowledge of catering hygiene standards
