Senior Store Officer

Nigeria Sinotrucks Limited is seeking an organized, experienced, and results-driven Senior Store Officer to oversee inventory management and store operations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and maintain inventory accuracy above 97%.
• Supervise and mentor store officers and support staff.
• Monitor inventory movements, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and analyze inventory reports and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety requirements, and audit standards.
• Train and develop store personnel on inventory control and warehouse best practices.
• Optimize storage space and minimize inventory losses, damages, and obsolete stock.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics, preferably in the spare parts industry.
• Proven experience in inventory accuracy and control systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software, particularly Microsoft Navision.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
