Content Creator /​ Interviewer

We are seeking a confident, energetic, and personable Content Creator/Interviewer to create engaging social media content through street interviews and vox pops in Lagos. You will be responsible for approaching people in public spaces, recording and editing short-form videos, managing social media pages, and staying ahead of trends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-minute street interviews and vox pops in public spaces.
• Approach and engage interesting individuals with curiosity and confidence.
• Record, edit, and publish short-form videos for social media platforms.
• Manage and consistently post content on social media pages.
• Develop creative and engaging content ideas independently.
• Stay updated on social media trends and identify content opportunities.
• Work closely with the in-house media team for guidance and support.

Requirements

• B.Sc degree with 0–2 years of experience.
• Clear, fluent English communication skills.
• Confidence in approaching strangers and speaking on camera.
• Warm, friendly, and naturally personable demeanor.
• Presentable appearance and comfort with on-camera presence.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms.
• Proficiency in CapCut or similar video-editing tools.
• Ability to recognize what stops people from scrolling.
• Comfort working independently and proactively seeking content.
• Willingness to work outside the office and travel across Lagos.

Salary ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly, depending on experience and ability. Daily or monthly payment arrangements may be discussed for the right candidate.
