Customer Care Representative

General Basket Logistics is seeking a Customer Care Representative to handle customer inquiries, provide shipment updates, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels. • Provide accurate information about shipping services, delivery timelines, and cargo charges. • Track shipments and provide customers with timely updates on their deliveries. • Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards satisfactory resolutions. • Assist customers with booking, shipment documentation, and other logistics-related inquiries. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and feedback. • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed. • Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements • Minimum of an SSCE certificate; additional qualifications are an advantage. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Good customer service and interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate professionally and courteously with customers. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office. • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. • Previous experience in customer service or logistics is an added advantage. • Must be honest, patient, organized, and detail-oriented. • Must be living around the Oshodi environment in Lagos.

Salary ₦100,000 per month
