Trainee Engineer /​ Technician

Robert Johnson Nigeria Limited is hiring Trainee Engineers/Technicians to gain hands-on experience in technical operations, maintenance, and service delivery across banking automation and office technology systems. This role involves site visits, reporting, training, and collaboration with teams nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks and assist supervisors as needed.
• Observe procedures and suggest improvements.
• Conduct research and collate data.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines.
• Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Participate in traineeship evaluations.
• Travel to different sites for practical experience.
• Collaborate with staff and maintain professional relationships.
• Prepare reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• HND in Electrical/Electronics or Computer Science, or OND/NCE in a technical field from a recognised institution.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Willingness to work in a team and across locations nationwide.
• Good observation, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
