Operate, monitor, and maintain automated dairy processing and packaging machinery while ensuring strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards. Perform routine equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and basic preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain automated dairy processing and packaging machinery.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards (HACCP/GMP).
• Perform routine equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Monitor processing parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates) to ensure product consistency.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to sanitation protocols (CIP).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in food processing or mechanical engineering is a plus.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a food, beverage, or dairy manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Good troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work in shifts and stand for extended periods.
