Trimmers Social Club is looking for a polished, articulate, and personable individual to join their team as a Customer Experience & Sales Associate. This role involves engaging with customers, managing interactions across multiple channels, driving sales, and ensuring a premium experience that reflects the brand's standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, prospective members, and existing members across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Proactively convert inquiries into bookings, service purchases, and membership sign-ups.
• Support the coordination of customer arrivals, bookings, appointments, and service requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales performance.
• Contribute to member engagement and retention initiatives.
