Overview

Emmanuel Bakeries Limited (EMB) is seeking responsible, experienced, and safety-conscious Drivers to support the company's transportation, distribution, and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport company staff, products, documents, and other authorized materials.
• Operate assigned company vehicles responsibly and professionally.
• Conduct routine checks on assigned vehicles before and after use.
• Report mechanical faults, damages, and maintenance requirements promptly.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and materials to assigned destinations.
• Maintain accurate vehicle movement and trip records.
• Comply with traffic regulations and company driving policies.
• Ensure proper security and handling of goods transported.
• Keep assigned vehicles clean and in good condition.
• Avoid unauthorized use of company vehicles.
• Report accidents, incidents, or traffic violations immediately.
• Assist with loading and unloading where required.
• Demonstrate professionalism when dealing with customers, staff, and members of the public.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
• Relevant driving experience is required.
• Previous experience driving for an FMCG, distribution, logistics, or related company is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of roads and routes within assigned areas.
• Good knowledge of basic vehicle checks and maintenance.
• Must be responsible, punctual, safety-conscious, and reliable.
• Ability to work flexible hours when operationally required.
