IT Support Specialist

We seek a skilled and proactive IT Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for our website backend, computers, printers, networks, and office systems
• Manage company emails, software, and user accounts
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and data security
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Support the implementation and maintenance of digital systems and applications
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization

Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar IT role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and cybersecurity best practices
• Ability to work independently and respond promptly to IT issues

Salary: ₦200,000
