Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field
• 3–5 years' operations management experience (QSR, FMCG, hospitality, or retail industry strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of managing multiple store locations and driving team performance
• Strong expertise in sales monitoring, inventory, food cost control, and quality compliance
