Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement strategies, targets, and marketing goals for the Heavy Industries sector.
• Monitor market changes and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure strong engagement with key decision makers.
• Analyze and create high-quality risk assets, perform credit reviews, and structure loan workout packages.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet departmental objectives.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare reports and manage day-to-day operations of the unit.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years' cognate experience, including relevant experience in the assigned sector(s).
• Deep knowledge of credit analysis.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
