Social Media Content Specialist - Bilingual French / English - Remote in Canada/US

ICUC is a global leader in social media solutions with over 350 employees across 35 countries, covering 50 languages. We are seeking bilingual (English and French) social media content specialists who can manage social platforms, create engaging content, and maintain safe online communities. This role requires flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Moderate comments and respond to them on client social media platforms, respecting their brand voice.
• Write thoughtful and engaging content to stimulate conversations and increase engagement.
• Contribute to maintaining secure, respectful, and aligned online communities.
• Identify and escalate issues, trends, or insights to the internal team when necessary.
• Develop a strong understanding of client brands: strategy, tone, and target audience.

Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills in both English and French, with cultural sensitivity.
• Experience managing social media platforms, particularly moderation and interaction.
• Ability to write for brands and adapt tone based on audience.
• Knowledge of major platforms (e.g., Facebook).
• Comfort interacting with a variety of topics (technology, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, pharmaceuticals, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and customer service orientation.
• Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.

Salary Hourly pay ranges from $10.57 to $17.13 USD, or the minimum wage in your province/state if higher. Additional benefits include medical, dental, RRSP, paid vacation, and more for employees working at least 22 hours per week.
