Digital Marketing & Cold Call Agent

We are seeking a smart, energetic, and highly trainable Digital Marketing & Cold Call Agent to support customer engagement, digital communication, lead generation, and online brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and leads professionally and confidently.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer interactions to drive conversions.
• Support digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms.
• Assist in content creation, posting, and engagement on company social media pages.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
• Respond to customer inquiries and direct prospects appropriately.
• Assist with graphic design and marketing material creation using tools such as Canva or Adobe tools.
• Support lead generation and online engagement activities.
• Monitor online engagement and help improve customer experience.
• Learn and adapt to company systems, scripts, products, and digital tools.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer support teams when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• NYSC completed or currently serving candidates may apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Experience in graphic design using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar tools.
• Willingness and ability to be trained in cold calling, customer engagement, digital marketing, and basic design.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional attitude with strong persuasion and problem-solving skills.

Salary Gross Salary: N220,000 / month
