Dokitami is a healthcare company focused on making quality, personalised healthcare more accessible and convenient across Nigeria. We are recruiting a Content Creator to produce engaging, research-driven content that captures attention, builds trust, and drives action.

Responsibilities

• Conduct content research and ideation based on customer problems, trends, and competitor analysis.
• Write scripts for short-form content, including UGC, educational, direct-response, product, storytelling, FAQ, and campaign content.
• Appear on camera for TikTok, Instagram, advertising, and educational videos.
• Record and produce independent video content using smartphone or approved equipment.
• Create direct-response content designed to support measurable business objectives such as lead generation, WhatsApp conversations, and audience growth.
• Analyze content performance and use insights to improve future content.
• Upload and organize raw footage and creative assets.
• Ensure accuracy of medical and product information and follow compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, UGC Creator, or similar role.
• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong scriptwriting ability.
• Ability to develop hooks, angles, and CTAs independently.
• Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form video formats.
• Understanding of direct-response marketing and social-media storytelling.
• Ability to research independently and translate insights into content.
• Basic knowledge of smartphone video production, lighting, framing, and audio.
• Ability to work with videographers, editors, copywriters, designers, and media buyers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve.
