About the role
REGI Project Limited is seeking an Architect and an Assistant Project Manager to support their construction and design projects in Lagos. The roles require technical proficiency in design software and project coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools.
- Supervise construction sites and coordinate project activities.
- Ensure compliance with technical design standards and project timelines.
Requirements
- BSc/BTech in Architecture for the Architect role.
- Relevant qualification in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field for the Assistant Project Manager.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D visualization.
- 2–7 years’ experience for the Architect; 2–5 years’ experience for the Assistant Project Manager.
- Experience in site supervision and project coordination (Assistant Project Manager).
- Strong organisational and project management skills (Assistant Project Manager).
Salary
- ₦150,000/month for Architect
- ₦120,000/month for Assistant Project Manager
