Business Development Executive

Hased Human Resources and Business Consultants Limited is a people-focused HR and business consulting firm committed to helping organizations achieve sustainable growth through strategic human capital and business solutions. We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Business Development Executive to grow our client base.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new corporate clients for our training, HR outsourcing, recruitment and consulting services
• Build a pipeline of prospects across manufacturing, education, healthcare, SMEs and other sectors
• Present HASED's services to decision-makers and prepare proposals with the team
• Follow up leads to closure and maintain strong client relationships
• Submit weekly pipeline and monthly sales reports

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience; selling services (consulting, training, HR, insurance, banking) is an advantage
• Strong network among corporate decision-makers
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.

Salary

• N96,000 per month
• Competitive base salary
• Attractive commission on every client won, with no cap on earnings
• Quarterly performance bonuses
