General Manager – EPCIC

Iteka Integrated Services Limited is seeking an experienced General Manager – EPCIC to lead Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning operations across oil and gas and energy projects. The role demands strategic oversight of project execution, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and risk management to ensure safe, on-time, and cost-effective delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EPCIC operations and project execution to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Allocate operational resources to meet project requirements and organisational objectives.
• Approve operational plans and expenditures within delegated authority.
• Recommend the appointment and deployment of project personnel.
• Recommend and select vendors, subcontractors, and service providers.
• Escalate major commercial, contractual, financial, and operational risks to senior management.
• Recommend strategic investments and operational improvements.
• Represent the company in senior-level client and stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A master’s degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, COREN, or an MBA are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of EPC/EPCIC project execution and the oil and gas industry.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience in EPC, EPCIC, oil and gas, energy, construction, or engineering.
• At least 5 years in senior management or project leadership.
• Demonstrable experience managing multidisciplinary EPCIC projects.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, contracts, subcontractors, and major clients.
• Experience with Nigerian or international oil and gas operators, EPC contractors, or energy companies is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of project planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, cost control, risk management, HSE, QA/QC, and relevant industry regulations.
• High integrity, accountability, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
