Responsibilities

• Commercial Contracts & Operational Agreements
• Credit Legal Execution, Due Diligence & Collateral Perfection
• Regulatory Compliance Tracking, Statutory Filings & Corporate Secretariat
• HR Legal Support, Labor Law & Intellectual Property (IP)
• Pre-Litigation Recovery, Default Handling & External Counsel Liaison
