We are seeking a detailed Campboss with good cooking experience in national and continental dishes, and strong knowledge in budgeting and cost control. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel and able to maintain good relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage camp operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Prepare meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Monitor inventory and manage food supplies effectively.
• Keep accurate records of expenses and maintain a budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-6 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
