Product Support Engineer

PowerPro (Power and Process Solutions) is seeking a Product Support Engineer to provide expert technical support, commissioning, product demonstrations, and sales backing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert technical support
• Commissioning of systems
• Conduct product demonstrations
• Provide sales backing

Requirements

• HND, B.Sc., or B.Eng. in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in industrial automation, electrical systems, technical support, or field service
• Hands-on proficiency in PLC, HMI/SCADA, VFDs, motors, instrumentation, control panels, sensors, and industrial communication
• Proven capacity to execute remote/on-site technical support, system commissioning, and customer training
• Excellent technical reporting, product sizing, cross-referencing capabilities, and communication skills
