Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or any other related field
• 5 to 10 years of proven hands-on experience in an HR role

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Good knowledge of HR best practices and labour regulations
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools
• High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism
