Talent Manager

We are looking for a proactive and organised Talent Manager to oversee and support talent growth, performance, and overall experience within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with talents.
• Coordinate onboarding, check-ins, follow-ups, and general communication.
• Track talent performance, deliverables, availability, and engagement.
• Identify talent needs and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Support talent development and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure talents receive needed information and support.
• Maintain accurate talent records and documentation.
• Assist with resolving talent-related issues and day-to-day management.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Good communication and people-management skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, responsible, and good at following through.
• Comfortable communicating with different personalities.
