Head, Internal Control & Audit

The Head, Internal Control & Audit will be responsible for overseeing the internal control and audit functions of a Microfinance Bank. This role ensures compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee internal control systems and audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in internal audit or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Salary: N250,000 – N400,000 per month.
