Compliance Officer

Padana Services is seeking a Compliance Officer for a financial institution. The role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, managing AML/CFT and KYC processes, and supporting compliance monitoring and risk identification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage AML/CFT and KYC processes
• Conduct compliance monitoring and risk identification
• Prepare regulatory reports

Requirements

• 2–5 years’ relevant experience in compliance, AML/CFT, regulatory affairs, banking operations, risk management, or internal control
• Experience in a bank, microfinance bank, fintech, or other regulated financial institution is preferred
• Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CAMS/ACAMS, CIBN, CISA, or equivalent are an advantage
