We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional with 5-10 years of experience for the HR Manager position at Whassan Nigeria Limited. The role involves managing people, ensuring effective communication, resolving conflicts, and maintaining high standards of integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage human resources functions effectively
• Ensure strong leadership and people management
• Resolve conflicts and negotiate effectively
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all operations
• Manage multiple projects/sites under pressure

Requirements

• CIPM Certification
• 5-10 years of industrial catering experience
• Previous experience in a similar industry
• Understanding of menu planning and recipe interpretation
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Knowledge of catering hygiene standards
