A Telesales Agent is needed to join the sales team and earn commissions while building sales and entrepreneurial skills. This role involves promoting healthcare products and services through phone calls and digital outreach.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers via phone and digital platforms
• Promote healthcare products and services
• Maintain and grow a customer database
• Support customer retention and loyalty programs
• Participate in training and development sessions

Requirements

• Must be a Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Nurse, Medical Laboratory Scientist, or Biological/Medical Sciences professional
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills
• Motivated to improve sales and customer service skills

Salary

• Onsite (Abuja): ₦200,000 - ₦300,000 monthly
• Remote: 25% weekly commission based on sales recovery
