Internal Control and Inventory Officer

Responsible for managing inventory accuracy, overseeing stock movements, and ensuring proper documentation. Works closely with procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels across production facilities.

Responsibilities

• Recording accurate inventory values in real time
• Controlling and maintaining adequate inventory
• Overseeing the arrangement of goods in an orderly way
• Supervising the offloading of inventory by suppliers
• Crosschecking accuracy of purchase orders supplied
• Creating accurate stock transfers where necessary
• Maintaining proper records and documentation, including receipts and invoices
• Working with procurement managers in preparing purchase orders
• Ensuring each production facility is not low on inventory

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Must reside near Gwarinpa
• Pay close attention to details
• Sound knowledge of procurement processes and stock management
• Must be able to use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills
• Capacity to perform duties diligently, particularly during stressful situations
• Must be able to work on some Sundays and holidays
• Work from the office 23 days a month
• Willing to work with the company long-term

Salary Starting at ₦250,000
